Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in North Sumatra
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Anisa understand their rights.

My landlord in Medan has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in North Sumatra could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in North Sumatra would also be appreciated.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

You're not alone. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
