Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in North Carolina

A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Fernando understand their rights.

My landlord in Fayetteville has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other. I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in North Carolina could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect. I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in North Carolina would also be appreciated. Thank you for reading my story.
