Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Minnesota
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Emma understand their rights.

My landlord in Minneapolis has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Minnesota could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Minnesota would also be appreciated.
Thank you so much.

wishing you peace, Emma. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My husband and I read this together. Blessings.
rooting for you, Emma. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
I hope things turn around soon. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Minneapolis.

Sending good thoughts, Emma. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Malang!
