Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Lower Saxony

Lisa is dealing with repeated entry without notice and needs someone who knows the law in Lower Saxony to explain the options.

My landlord in Braunschweig has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other. I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Lower Saxony could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect. I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Lower Saxony would also be appreciated. Thanks for being kind about this.
