Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Kiambu
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Irene understand their rights.

My landlord in Kikuyu has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Kiambu could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Kiambu would also be appreciated.
Glad we found this place.

wishing you peace. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I hope October is when things finally get easier. Take care.
sending love. I hope things turn around soon. Don't give up. Thinking of Kikuyu.
Hope it all works out, Irene. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Kikuyu.
shared it with a few friends. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
