Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Kerala
Alka is dealing with a no-fault termination and needs someone who knows the law in Kerala to explain the options.

My landlord in Thiruvananthapuram has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Kerala could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Kerala would also be appreciated.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Hang in there. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like
Thinking of you and your family, Alka. Hope you get there. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best
