Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Hokkaido

Mariko is dealing with repeated entry without notice and needs someone who knows the law in Hokkaido to explain the options.

My landlord in Sapporo has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other. I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Hokkaido could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect. I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Hokkaido would also be appreciated. Thank you so much.
