Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Greater Accra
Kobina is dealing with a no-fault termination and needs someone who knows the law in Greater Accra to explain the options.

My landlord in Tema has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Greater Accra could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Greater Accra would also be appreciated.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hang in there. Hope this works out for you. Love from Zaporizhzhia
Wishing you peace. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Blessings
Rooting for you, Kobina. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't give up.
Looking forward to the next update. Thinking of Tema
best of luck, Kobina. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. God bless.
Keep going, Kobina. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings.
Good luck, Kobina. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
