Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Free State
Looking for housing-law advice in Free State: a no-fault termination.
🇿🇦 Free State, South Africa664 views
My landlord in Bloemfontein has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Free State could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Free State would also be appreciated.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Thinking of you and your family. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. God bless
