Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Chiang Mai
Rattapon is dealing with repeated entry without notice and needs someone who knows the law in Chiang Mai to explain the options.

My landlord in Chiang Mai has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Chiang Mai could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Chiang Mai would also be appreciated.
I hope life is good to you.

So sorry you're going through this, Rattapon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My husband and I read this together. All the best.
