Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Chattogram
Looking for housing-law advice in Chattogram: a refusal to repair mold.
Anywhere in the world742 views
My landlord in Cox's Bazar has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Chattogram could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Chattogram would also be appreciated.
Glad we found this place.
