Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Central
Looking for housing-law advice in Central: a no-fault termination.
Anywhere in the world225 views
My landlord in Kandy has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Central could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Central would also be appreciated.
I hope life is good to you.

Keep going, Prasanna. Shared this with my family. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of Kandy.
