Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Antioquia
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Santiago understand their rights.

My landlord in Envigado has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Antioquia could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Antioquia would also be appreciated.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hope it all works out. Hope you get there. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
Hope things get better soon, Santiago. This could happen to any of us. Don't give up. Take care
Best of luck. Your post was clear and honest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
