Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Anambra
Jumoke is dealing with an order to leave for 'renovations' and needs someone who knows the law in Anambra to explain the options.

My landlord in Onitsha has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Anambra could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Anambra would also be appreciated.
I hope life is good to you.
