Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Alberta
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Kennedy understand their rights.

My landlord in Edmonton has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Alberta could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Alberta would also be appreciated.
I hope life is good to you.

Sending love. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
