My taxi: Romeo's only way to earn a living
Without my taxi Romeo can't work; a $300 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my taxi. 7 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $300 goes:
• Labor charges: $30
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $25
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $245
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

You're not alone, Romeo. Hope this works out for you. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Cebu City
