I make my living with my pickup. 5 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $550. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $550 goes: • Towing and inspection: $50 • fuel pump replacement (parts): $320 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $180 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

    Hope things get better soon, Maryna. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
