My delivery van: Joya's only way to earn a living
Joya drives for a living in Gazipur, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 12 weeks.

I make my living with my delivery van. 12 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $205. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $205 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $145
• Labor charges: $25
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $30
• Towing and inspection: $5
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

wishing you the best, Joya. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Take care.
is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Joya.
It's all in the list in the story. fuel pump replacement (parts) is the big one at $145, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Appreciate you taking the time.
hang in there. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Love from London
I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Put this on a community board in Kediri this morning
Good luck, Joya. Hope you get there. We're a small family in Jakarta but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Gazipur.
