Mussa's final semester of an electrical engineering diploma in Nakuru
A first-generation student, Mussa needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an electrical engineering diploma.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an electrical engineering diploma at Nakuru Community College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a shop assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $450.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.9 average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Nakuru Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $450 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $350
• Textbooks and materials: $60
• Exam and lab fees: $40
Thanks for being kind about this.

is there anything that isn't money that would help Mussa?
Thank you. If you're in Nakuru I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Happy to explain more.
Take care, Mussa. I hope things turn around soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings.
