Moving for work: Ian needs transport to the capital
A ride and a few boxes: that's all that stands between Ian and a new job.
🇺🇸 Kentucky, United States746 views
I have been offered a job in the capital, starting on Sunday in October. I can't afford the bus and the 7 boxes I need to carry with me, and moving costs are beyond my means.
If you or someone you know is driving between Lexington and the capital, I'd love to share the journey, and I can cover fuel. If you have a van and a free day, even better.
I'm a good conversationalist but happy to be quiet. I have a reference from my last employer and from the person I'll be renting from in the capital.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- one-way trip
- format
- In person in Lexington
- skills
- car or van, a free day
