Moving for work: Ahmed needs transport to the coast
A ride and a few boxes: that's all that stands between Ahmed and a new job.
🇿🇦 Western Cape, South Africa1,037 views
I have been offered a job in the coast, starting on Monday in April. I can't afford the bus and the 6 boxes I need to carry with me, and moving costs are beyond my means.
If you or someone you know is driving between Cape Town and the coast, I'd love to share the journey, and I can cover fuel. If you have a van and a free day, even better.
I'm quiet, punctual and travel light. I have a reference from my last employer and from the person I'll be renting from in the coast.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- one-way trip
- format
- In person in Cape Town
- skills
- car or van, a free day
