Moving day volunteers: Sebastian's family relocating in Los Angeles
Moving day on Saturday: we need 3-4 helpers and ideally a van.

After a break-in at the old place, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Los Angeles, and the lease starts on Saturday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about five hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the fourth floor walk-up and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.

Praying for you, Sebastian. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Los Angeles.
