Moving day volunteers: Nicolás's family relocating in Alcalá de Henares
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Alcalá de Henares.

After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Alcalá de Henares, and the lease starts on Sunday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about three hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has a ground-floor entrance. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

This could happen to any of us. My neighbor in Derry donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Alcalá de Henares.
