Moving day volunteers: Kendall's family relocating in Charlotte
Kendall has found a safe new apartment in Charlotte and needs help moving heavy furniture on Sunday.

After a break-in at the old place, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Charlotte, and the lease starts on Sunday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about three hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
