Mobility fund: stair-climbing aid for Henryk in Gdańsk
A stair-climbing aid would give Henryk independence - we're $1,500 away.

I live with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. My occupational therapist at the Gdańsk Rehabilitation Centre has assessed me and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,500.
My current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 5 weeks.
With the right equipment I could attend work interviews. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• stair-climbing aid: $1,200
• Fitting and training sessions: $145
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• First-year servicing plan: $130

Sure. The biggest one is stair-climbing aid, $1,200. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
