Mobility fund: adapted tricycle for Giorgio in Brescia
An adapted tricycle would give Giorgio independence - we're $4,000 away.

Giorgio lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at the Brescia Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $4,000.
His current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment Giorgio could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $4,000 goes:
• adapted tricycle: $3,550
• Fitting and training sessions: $230
• Delivery and set-up: $60
• First-year servicing plan: $160
