Ming's final semester of a law degree in Hamilton
Ming has worked and saved for three years to study a law degree; a $5,950 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Ming is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Hamilton University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,950.
The registrar has said Ming can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ming has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ming would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Ming isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Exam and lab fees: $195
• Textbooks and materials: $105
