Min's final semester of a teaching qualification in Houston
Min has worked and saved for five years to study a teaching qualification; a $3,400 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Min is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Houston State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,400.
The registrar has said Min can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Min has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Min would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Min isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
