Miles's final semester of a master's in public health in Savannah
Miles has worked and saved for four years to study a master's in public health; a $2,650 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Miles is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Savannah University, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,650.
The registrar has said Miles can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Miles has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Miles would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Miles isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Savannah University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $910
• Final term tuition: $1,200
• Exam and lab fees: $250
• Textbooks and materials: $290
