I'm launching a cleaning company in Yekaterinburg next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

so sorry you're going through this, Milena. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I'll check back for the next update

    • You're not alone. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Yekaterinburg.

      • Thinking of you. Small businesses are the heart of Yekaterinburg. Hope you're open again soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Polokwane

Good luck, Milena. Your post was clear and honest. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Eugene.

          • Hope things get better soon, Milena. Hope you make a strong comeback. My neighbor in Chennai donated after I showed her your page. Take care
