A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

Toledo
I'm launching a bakery in Toledo next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a bakery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for being kind about this.

  • Sending love, Aaron. Small businesses are the heart of Toledo. Hope you're open again soon. After 20 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.

    • You're not alone, Aaron. Shared it with a few friends. Greetings from Bandung!

      • Thinking of you and your family, Aaron. Hope you get there.

        • Praying for you, Aaron. Hope the shop reopens soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
