Mentoring wanted: first-year small business, Tlaquepaque
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a language school in Tlaquepaque next June. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Rooting for you. Small businesses are the heart of Tlaquepaque. Hope you're open again soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings
