Mentoring wanted: first-year small business, San Nicolás de los Garza
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a craft brewery in San Nicolás de los Garza next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
