Mentoring wanted: first-year small business, Moscow
Looking for a small-business mentor, preferably with garage experience.

I'm launching a garage in Moscow next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a garage, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

thinking of you and your family, Ivan. Hope the shop reopens soon. My husband and I read this together. Take care.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out
