I'm launching a photography studio in Mbarara next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a photography studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Hope things get better soon, Githinji. Looking forward to the next update. After 7 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
