I'm launching a catering business in Latina next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a catering business, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you for reading my story.

Thanks for sharing this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best
Stay strong. Hope you get there. I hope May is when things finally get easier.
Sending good thoughts, Vincenzo. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
Small businesses are the heart of Latina. Hope you're open again soon. Thinking of Latina.
Keep going. Hope you make a strong comeback. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Çankaya.
Rooting for you, Vincenzo. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
