I'm launching a photography studio in Jakarta Barat next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a photography studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you for reading my story.

rooting for you, Bagus. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Aurangabad
Hope it all works out. Looking forward to the next update. After 13 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
