I'm launching a small online shop in Giza next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a small online shop, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you for reading my story.

  • Good luck. Hope the shop reopens soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. God bless.

Looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Lapu-Lapu.

      • Best of luck, Marwan. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We're a small family in Cape Town but we're thinking of you.

        • You're not alone. Hope the shop reopens soon. Blessings!

          • Thinking of you and your family. Hope the shop reopens soon. My husband and I read this together.

you're not alone, Marwan. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Thinking of Giza

              • Sending love, Marwan. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. God bless.
