I'm launching a language school in Dortmund next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

so sorry you're going through this. Small businesses are the heart of Dortmund. Hope you're open again soon.
Best of luck. Shared this with my family. I hope May is when things finally get easier. All the best.
