Nicolás is launching a tailoring studio and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a tailoring studio in Coatzacoalcos next August. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a tailoring studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Greetings from Stellenbosch.
Thanks for sharing this, Nicolás. Small businesses are the heart of Coatzacoalcos. Hope you're open again soon. Greetings from Rajshahi
Thanks for sharing this, Nicolás. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of Coatzacoalcos.
