I'm launching a garage in Athens next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a garage, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Glad we found this place.

Thinking of you and your family. Small businesses are the heart of Athens. Hope you're open again soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
