Mentor wanted: moving from warehouse supervisor to healthcare administration

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 17 years, and I'm 30. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Rio Grande do Sul, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
