Mentor wanted: moving from taxi driver to cloud engineering
Seeking an experienced cloud engineering professional for guidance on the transition from taxi driver.
Anywhere in the world639 views
I have worked as a taxi driver for 17 years, and I'm 28. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Looking forward to the next update. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Love from Vancouver.
wishing you the best. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. All the best.
So sorry you're going through this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
sending strength, Tejas. Hope the shop reopens soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.
Gave what I could, wish it was more. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Take care.
