Mentor wanted: moving from security guard to healthcare administration

A mentor in healthcare administration could help Manuel with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a security guard for 12 years, and I'm 49. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed a part-time diploma. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Pampanga, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. Thanks for being kind about this.

                          • Wishing you peace, Manuel. Small businesses are the heart of San Fernando. Hope you're open again soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
