Mentor wanted: moving from retail manager to accounting

I have worked as a retail manager for 8 years, and I'm 35. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into accounting, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Dodoma, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
