I have worked as a hospitality worker for 18 years, and I'm 34. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a part-time diploma. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in California, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
