Mentor wanted: moving from farmer to renewable energy

I have worked as a farmer for 18 years, and I'm 32. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed an online certificate. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Nairobi, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
