Mentor wanted: moving from factory operator to renewable energy

I have worked as a factory operator for 14 years, and I'm 39. After my children starting school, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Louisiana, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
