Mentor wanted: moving from factory operator to data analysis
Seeking an experienced data analysis professional for guidance on the transition from factory operator.

I have worked as a factory operator for 10 years, and I'm 46. After the factory closing, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Punjab, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
