I have worked as a call-centre agent for 16 years, and I'm 46. After the factory closing, I decided to move into digital marketing, and I have completed a bootcamp. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Massachusetts, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double

    • Thinking of you. Hope this works out for you. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best.
